On February 26, the Faculty of Engineering hosted a marathon of faculty startup projects “FACULTY STARTUP MARATHON-2024”. 9 projects were registered for the competition of innovative projects and ideas from the faculty. 6 projects that took places passed to the university level:
* 1st place 3rd year students of OP 6B07111-Transport, transport equipment and technologies. Topic: “The problem of improving the system of gas cylinder equipment” (head: Tabylov A. U., Yusupov A. A.);
* 2nd place 3rd year students of OP 6B07502 – Metrology, standardization and certification. Topic: “Filler” (supervisor: G. S. Bilashova);
* 2nd place 3rd year students of OP 6B07106 – Electric power industry. Topic: “Aktau Zhel portable wind energy generator” (supervisor: Bazhikov K. T.);
* 3rd place 2nd year students OP 6B07111-transport, transport equipment and technologies. Topic: “Mobile car maintenance post” (head: Tabylov A.U., Yusupov A. A.);
* 3rd place 2nd year students of OP 6B07116-Automated process control system. Topic: “Self-service printer Qaz.print”
* 3rd place 3rd year students OP 6B07303-Construction engineering. Topic: “Production of paving slabs” (head: N.A. Zhayilkhan).
The marathon participants shared their innovative ideas that can compete in every industry of the market. Such events contribute to the introduction of ideas to the market.
