22.04.2024, in honor of the 70th anniversary of Professor of the Department of Ecology and Geology, academician of the International Academy of Informatization, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences Kozhakhmet Kosarbai Abdrakhmanovich, dedicated to the main works of Yessenov University on the study of land management and minerals, a teacher in the education of a new generation of industrial engineers, educating students at competitive competitions, an international scientific and practical conference was held The conference “Global challenges and scientific initiatives”. 08.04.2024 Yessenov University Faculty of Engineering Department of Ecology and Geology has successfully passed international accreditation under the educational program OP doctoral program 6B11201- “Life safety and environmental protection” and 8D07208 “Geology and exploration of mineral deposits”!
The accreditation procedure at Yessenov University was attended by 13 international and domestic expert groups on April 8. The expert group conducted an examination on 2 clusters, that is, on 10 technical education programs.
An international and domestic expert group met with the faculty of Yessenov University, students, employers and graduates. They also visited the laboratories of the faculty’s engineering profile and the student’s practice bases, got acquainted with the circumstances of research work.
