On February 7, 2025, the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov and the Mangystau Energy College named after N. Bekbosynov signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of education and science.
As part of the agreement, the following areas of cooperation are outlined:
